- Is VAT included in the prices? All prices are shown with VAT included.
Orders sent to residents in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are free of VAT (customs clearance and importation taxes are not included in the price of the article and must be paid on receipt of the goods).
- How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are included in the price, except on health and beauty products.
- How can I pay? By bank transfer: You will receive our bank account number by e-mail, together with the fax number or e-mail address to which we recommend you send us the transfer bank slip. This will allow us to speed up the date of dispatch for your order.
By credit card: You can pay by credit card.
Payment on delivery: Only for orders to destinations on the Iberian peninsula and Balearics. You pay for the order when you receive it. The shipping company charges an additional 5% on the cost of the order when this form of payment is chosen.
- How long will it take my order to arrive? When you place your order, you will be informed whether it is in stock and given the delivery dates.
In general, orders arrive in 24-48 hours.
-How will I know when my order is dispatched? When your order is ready to be sent, you will receive an e-mail informing you of its dispatch. You can track the order process in your customer account.
- What happens if my order arrives in poor condition? Goods sent are 100% insured.
If you receive an order in poor condition, you should inform us as soon as possible so that we can replace it quickly.
- Can I return an order? If you wish to return an order, then you must phone us or send us an e-mail to info@fincamanzanos.com explaining your reasons for returning it. We will then inform you how it can be returned.
