The present terms of sale expressly regulate the relationships arising between Bodegas y Viñedos Fernández de Manzanos S.L., hereafter "FINCAMANZANOS", and those third parties, hereafter "Users", that purchase the products offered for sale on the Website: www.fincamanzanos.com, hereafter the "Portal".

2.- Purchase process:

In order to purchase the products indicated in the Portal, it is necessary to proceed as follows: Create a User account by registering the relevant personal details on the electronic form provided for this purpose. The creation of a user account is an essential requirement in order to purchase products and one of the steps that it involves is acceptance of the privacy policy indicated in the signing-up form.

An e-mail is then sent to the e-mail address provided confirming the registration of your details and providing you with a password (the User is responsible for all operations performed with the password).

Access the portal, sign in as User, browse and choose the desired product by adding it to your "shopping cart" by pressing on the word "buy" alongside the product.

View the "Shopping cart" screen confirming your User details, the product acquired, the tax applicable, delivery charges, which are included in the price, and the form of payment.

Complete the purchase by clicking on the word "buy" or cancel of the order.

An e-mail is sent to the e-mail address provided confirming receipt of acceptance of the order.

3.- Products for sale, prices and delivery charges.

The products available for purchase from the Portal, together with their essential characteristics, prices, taxes and charges, appear on screen prior to completion of the purchase.

The special offers on certain products valid at any specific time are clearly indicated in a specific section of the Portal.

The products are available for sale while stocks last, the purchase process not being available when the products are entirely out of stock.

If it is not possible to supply the products ordered for any reason, then the User is informed to this effect and given the option of accepting delivery of a similar or higher quality product, or, in the event, requesting the return of the amount paid.

4.- Form of Payment.

Payment can be made by any of the following means:

- Credit card: via the payment gateway of Banco Popular, which uses a secure server that guarantees the integrity and confidentiality of the data provided.

- Paypal: via the PayPal payment gateway, which uses a secure server that guarantees the integrity and confidentiality of the data provided.

- Bank transfer: You receive an e-mail accepting the order and providing you with the number of the bank account into which payment for the products ordered should be made. Send the payment receipt slip to clientes@fincamanzanos.com

- Payment on delivery: In this case, 5% is added to the price of the product.

5.- Delivery of the Products.

Once payment of the products has been confirmed, FINCAMANZANOS undertakes to deliver the goods purchased to the address of the user indicated for this purpose within a period of no more than 30 days.

Under no circumstances will products be delivered to post office boxes or public call centres.

You will be informed by e-mail when the order is dispatched and can track it at FINCAMANZANOS.

6.- Right to return goods.

The User has a period of seven (7) working days, calculated according to the official calendar of their place of residence as of receipt of the products, to return the products, provided that the nature of the goods permits their return. In this event, the charges involved in returning the goods must be met by the User.

In order to return the products, the User must inform FINCAMANZANOS and the products must be returned in perfect conditions. When it has checked the conditions of the product, FINCAMANZANOS will return the amounts received as soon as possible and always in less than thirty-one days. The delivery charges involved will not be returned.

Products must be returned to FINCAMANZANOS, Ctra. NA 134 km. 49, Azagra, 31560, Spain.

7.- Jurisdiction and competent courts.

The present contract is to be interpreted according to and is governed by Spanish law. FINCAMANZANOS and the User undertake to attempt to solve any discord which may arise from the execution of the present Contract amicably prior to recourse to the relevant channels of justice.
